Nick's Journey: Although I'm English, I spent five years of my childhood in Australia and fell in love with life in the sun. Twenty-one years ago, I made Estepona my home, and I haven't looked back. Speaking English, Spanish, and German has allowed me to bridge cultures and truly understand what international residents need when making this move.
Juanma's Roots: I was born and raised right here in Estepona. After building a successful accountancy firm helping both Spanish and international clients, I saw firsthand the challenges people faced when buying property. Having handled conveyancing work for years, I knew there was a better way to support newcomers to our town.
Together, we founded JNP Costa del Sol, an estate agency built on integrity, local knowledge, and genuine care for our clients.
